Responsibilities - Founding Engineer

Your core mission is to build a platform that drives efficiency and increases sustainability in agriculture. This platform enhances connections between farmers and markets by streamlining processes from production to sales, facilitating efficient trading, logistics, and farming practices through an integrated, technology-driven approach.

To achieve this, you will integrate data sources, ensure the quality of incoming data is reliable for all involved parties, use AI for predictive analytics and optimization, and seamlessly integrate with ERP systems to streamline administrative processes and enhance data accuracy.

This is a true greenfield situation: you will play a pivotal role in selecting and deploying state-of-the-art technologies, ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and innovative.

Requirements - Founding Engineer

Strategic Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a proven track record of developing effective solutions to complex problems.
Technical Expertise: Proficient in Python, with experience in developing and scaling tech stacks for greenfield projects. Ideally, also well-versed in React.
Leadership and Communication Skills: Experience in leading development teams through agile development cycles, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Educational Background: Master’s degree in a relevant field (with a focus on Artificial Intelligence preferred).
