Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility

Responsibilities: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility
As a Financial Administrator, you will be working alongside the financial controller and financial director. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and processing incoming purchase invoices;
- Processing of the bank statements and assist in the preparation of payment proposals;
- To be the point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding questions about invoices;
- Sending, monitoring and administrative processing of sales invoices process;
- Making proposals to improve the methods and procedures used with the aim of optimizing the service;
- Follow up with customers on outstanding invoices;
- Supervise the financial administrative activities of the interns;
- Assist in the month-end closing procedures;
- Expense processing.
Requirements: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility
In order to succeed in this position, we ask that you bring:
- University Degree (HBO+), preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or similar;
- 2+ years of relevant experience;
- Strong skillset in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel;
- Proficiency working with various financial software and ERP systems;
- Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.
The Offer: Financial Administrator - Hospitality/Facility
This role will have a monthly salary in the range of €3000 - €3500 gross per month, depending on knowledge level and experience. Additional benefits will be discussed in further detail throughout the interview process. This is a full time - 40 hour position, and you must be currently based in the Netherlands without visa requirements.
