Responsibilities Reservations Manager
As a Reservations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the daily operation of the reservations department;
- Optimizing revenue across different departments;
- Providing error-free communication to colleagues and guests to provide the best service;
- Improving the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department;
- Inspiring and motivating the team.
Requirements Reservations Manager
As a Reservations Manager, you possess the following criteria:
- You have experience in a similar role;
- You are excellent in oral and written communication in English, Dutch is a plus;
- You are commercially driven and have strong stakeholdermanagement skills;
- You are an inspiration to your team and colleagues;
- You have good time management skills and are a team player.
The offer Reservations Manager
The salary offered for this position lies between €3100 - €3900 gross per month based on a full-time contract. In addition, they also offer attractive secondary employment benefits such as discounts within the hotel chain and fun bonuses.
