Responsibilities Reservations Manager

As a Reservations Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring the daily operation of the reservations department;
  • Optimizing revenue across different departments;
  • Providing error-free communication to colleagues and guests to provide the best service;
  • Improving the quality and efficiency of work within the reservations department;
  • Inspiring and motivating the team.

Requirements Reservations Manager

As a Reservations Manager, you possess the following criteria:

  • You have experience in a similar role;
  • You are excellent in oral and written communication in English, Dutch is a plus;
  • You are commercially driven and have strong stakeholdermanagement skills;
  • You are an inspiration to your team and colleagues;
  • You have good time management skills and are a team player.

The offer Reservations Manager

The salary offered for this position lies between €3100 - €3900 gross per month based on a full-time contract. In addition, they also offer attractive secondary employment benefits such as discounts within the hotel chain and fun bonuses.
