Responsibilities: Finance Process Specialist - Source to Pay (SAP S4 HANA)

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance of financial processes and systems, providing regular reports to stakeholders and taking corrective actions as needed.
• Support existing users by offering guidance and advice on utilizing financial systems more efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Technology team to manage change requests, contribute to project initiatives, and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.
• Share expertise on financial processes and systems with new employees during onboarding, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Maintain close communication with stakeholders, including operational finance colleagues, system users, and project managers, to facilitate effective collaboration.
• Prepare and update high-quality process documentation to reflect current practices and standards.

Requirements: Finance Process Specialist - Source to Pay (SAP S4 HANA)

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or technology;
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience with financial processes and systems;
• Experience with financial SAP applications and process documentation tools;
• Knowledge of process documentation and improvement, as well as implementation of internal controls and system testing;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.

The Offer: Finance Process Specialist - Source to Pay (SAP S4 HANA)

The salary for this role will be based off of experience and knowledge level and will be between €70.000 and €80.000 gross per year, excluding holiday. Additional benefits will be discussed in the interview process.
