Financial Process Specialist - Order to Cash (SAP S4 HANA)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Process Ownership: Oversee and enhance financial processes, ensuring performance metrics are met, preparing detailed stakeholder reports, and implementing necessary improvements;
  • User Support and System Improvement: Provide expert guidance to users for optimizing financial systems. Collaborate with the Technology team on change requests and enhancement initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement;
  • Project Engagement and Testing: Participate in project initiatives and conduct user acceptance testing to validate that new developments meet user needs and enhance system performance;
  • Coaching and Mentorship: Coach new team members on financial systems and processes, promoting knowledge sharing to help them integrate and contribute effectively;
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including finance teams and project managers, to ensure alignment on financial goals;
  • Documentation and Standards: Create and update process documentation that reflects best practices, ensuring clarity and consistency organization-wide.

 

Requirements: Financial Process Specialist - Order to Cash (SAP S4 HANA)

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, accounting, or technology;
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience with financial processes and systems;
  • A background in finance or accounting, with a clear career progression into more technical system implementation or improvement;
  • Experience with financial SAP applications and process documentation tools;
  • Knowledge of process documentation and improvement, as well as implementation of internal controls and system testing;
  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, Dutch would be considered a plus.

The Offer: Financial Process Specialist - Order to Cash (SAP S4 HANA)

The salary for this role will be based off of experience and knowledge level and will be between €60.000 and €70.000 gross per year, including holiday. Additional benefits will be discussed in the interview process.
