Responsibilities Cyber Security Manager

As a Cyber Security Manager, you will be part of the SecOps team, ensuring secure and uninterrupted operations. You will serve as the key link between IT Compliance, Risk, and (Security) Engineers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Translating complex cyber security challenges into actionable technical solutions and driving their implementation with support from the technical team.
  • Coordinating projects across multiple cyber security and tech risk disciplines, such as implementing new technical controls required by evolving laws and regulations.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance cyber security capabilities, primarily on the technical side. This includes improving detection and threat intelligence by acquiring new tools or collaborating with internal security engineers to develop and implement improvements.

Requirements Cyber Security Manager

The ideal Cyber Security Manager has extensive experience in IT security and can seamlessly navigate between technical details, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you are:

  • Experienced with SIEM solutions.
  • Knowledgeable in IT risk and compliance.
  • A team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Offer Cyber Security Manager

A full-time position with one of the leading e-commerce companies in the Netherlands, working hybridly from Utrecht. The salary is between 80-120K per year plus benefits.
