Responsibilties BI Manager

  • Data Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a data strategy aligned with company goals; identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.
  • Data Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of BI infrastructure; ensure accurate and secure data availability for reporting.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure performance; lead advanced analytics efforts to extract insights from data.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings to leadership; gather requirements from departments and collaborate with teams to meet data needs.
  • Leadership: Mentor and support team members; promote a collaborative, innovative work environment focused on professional growth.

Requirements BI Manager

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of working experience in the field of BI.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
  • Knowledge of SQL and database systems
  • Experience with data warehousing and ETL(Extract/Transform/Load) processes.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.

The Offer BI Manager

A great full-time permanent role in Utrecht/Venlo, hybrid work is possible. The salary for this position will range between 4000-5000 EUR per month, depending on your education and seniority. On top of that there are many secondary benefits such as pension scheme, 8% holiday allowance, personal laptop and phone, and more.
