We’re looking for a VP of Product and Engineering for a SaaS scale-up in eLearning to guide their product strategy, particularly in the B2B space. This role is ideal for an experienced, tech-savvy product leader with a proven track record in scaling organizations and building high-impact products.

Job Description - VP Product and Engineering

Responsibilities:

  • Leading both the Product and Engineering departments, via two managers, 20+ FTE in total.
  • Product and Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a product vision that aligns with the company’s growth objectives, with a strong focus on meeting the needs of B2B clients in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Lead product development with a deep understanding of customer needs, prioritizing features and functionalities that drive value and foster customer loyalty.
  • Scaling for Growth: Drive organizational growth by building and structuring product and engineering teams to support scaling initiatives, optimizing processes for efficiency and innovation.
  • Market Insights and Adaptability: Stay attuned to industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform product decisions and ensure the company’s offerings remain competitive and relevant.

Job Requirements - VP Product and Engineering

  • Significant experience (10+ years) in product management or product leadership roles, ideally in SaaS with a strong B2B focus.
  • Tech-savviness and expertise in working with tech teams. You don’t have to be an engineer yourself, but you understand their language and limitations.
  • Demonstrated success in creating customer-focused products that drive business growth and capture market share.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset to align diverse teams and stakeholders around shared goals.

Job Offer - VP Product and Engineering
