Financial Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organized and experienced professional with strong communication skills who will serve as the administrative assistant for the Group Controller and CFO of this large international e-commerce organization. With a blend between financial and administrative responsibilities, this person will ultimately be the face of the finance team for external communication.

Responsibilities: Financial Administrative Assistant
As the Financial Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
- Contribute to Finance projects, including invoice/contract management, by providing essential administrative support;
- Coordinate and manage meetings, workshops, and related follow-up actions, ensuring smooth execution and documentation;
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Group Controller, and Finance managers, including handling day-to-day office tasks;
- Oversee calendar management and scheduling, along with administrative duties such as creating purchase orders for the Finance department;
- Administer Know Your Client (KYC) processes and assist in maintaining the company’s legal and corporate structure;
- Manage administrative tasks related to the group’s insurance policies and support the upkeep of related programs;
- Navigate a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, collaborating with various stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements: Financial Administrative Assistant
In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:
- Working experience in a similar financial and administrative function;
- Experience with invoice management, KYC, and external financial communication;
- Proficient with microsoft office applications, especially Excel;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once;
- Fluent in English required, Dutch preferred.
The Offer: Financial Administrative Assistant
The salary will be €3000 per month (based on 40 hours) and you will also receive additional benefits that will be discussed in the interview process. This position is available for full time or part time and will mostly be located in the office in Venlo.
