Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst - Temporary
A big FMCG company is looking for a cybersecurity & compliance analyst!
In this role, you will play a crucial role in protecting the company's digital and physical IT & Data assets. Operational cybersecurity and compliance, continuous change and improvement, following up on the external development of cybersecurity threats and the strategy of the company are key.
This is a maternity-leave cover assignment for 12 months, with hybrid work in Hoofddorp.
Responsibilities Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst - Temporary
- Establish yourself as the leading authority on IT and Data Cybersecurity and Compliance within the Benelux region.
- Oversee and maintain the cybersecurity and compliance operations for the company's IT and Data department in the Benelux area.
- Engage in or lead initiatives and projects related to cybersecurity and compliance, as well as IT and Data projects requiring a focus on these areas, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Pursue ongoing enhancements in cybersecurity and compliance practices.
- Take proactive steps in developing and implementing awareness programs for users, including IT and Data personnel, to promote cybersecurity and compliance knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues in the European cybersecurity network to develop standardized procedures and methodologies that support the overarching European cybersecurity strategy and objectives.
Requirements Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst - Temporary
- 5+ years of Cybersecurity and Compliance experience.
- Effective communication skills in multi-level stakeholder management environments.
- Ability to create clear documentation (policies, process descriptions and flows, user information).
- Creative mindset and willingness to drive new and innovative ideas.
- Open to frequent travel between the company's sites in the Benelux.
- Advanced level in English (written & verbal), Dutch is a plus.
The Offer Cybersecurity & Compliance Analyst - Temporary
A great full-time assignment in Hoofddorp, hybrid work is possible. This is an assignment of 12 months, starting in January 2025. The hourly rate for a ZZP/Freelancer will be around 80-100 EUR, depending on your experience and seniority.
