Responsibilities Facility Manager EMEA - Health & Safety (Retail)

In this role your responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Leadership & Collaboration: Lead the facility and health & safety mission across EMEA retail locations, ensuring consistent standards, effective policy implementation, and compliance with EH&S regulations;

  • Facility & Project Management: Oversee maintenance, installations, store refurbishments, inspections, and facility operations, focusing on cost optimization, energy efficiency, and sustainability initiatives;

  • Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets, ensuring cost efficiency, service quality, and accurate cost forecasting across facility-related operations;

  • Compliance & Incident Management: Ensure adherence to EH&S laws, lead audits and assessments, handle regulatory communications, and manage incident investigations with corrective actions;

  • Training & Performance Monitoring: Develop EH&S training programs, foster a safety-focused culture, and track key metrics to monitor and enhance compliance and safety performance.

Requirements Facility Manager EMEA - Health & Safety (Retail)

We are looking for:​​​​​​

  • Proven working experience in a similar role and relevant certifications (e.g. NEBOSH Diploma, IOSH Membership);
  • Experience with and knowledge of EH&S best practices is a plus;
  • Verbal and written skills in English;
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders;
  • Regular travel across locations required.

The offer Facility Manager EMEA - Health & Safety (Retail)

The salary for this role depends on the knowledge and experience you bring and ranges from €5000 - €5600 gross per month, exclusive of holiday pay. I am happy to tell you more about the fringe benefits in a personal interview.
