Many countries require registration with local authorities before commercializing specialized nutrition products. The 3rd Party Registration Officer is responsible for ensuring that this documentation is provided correctly and on time.

Responsibilities : 3rd Party Registration Officer - Parttime
Your responsibilities are :
- Manage the Registration inbox;
- Receive, process, and keep track of the status of the registration dossier requests from CBU's( Country Business Units);
- Request the required documentation from the 3rd Party Manufacturers,(e.g. Product Development) and local authorities (e.g. health certificates and free sales certificates);
- Develop standard registration documents and create non-standard registration documents if necessary;
- Have documents legalized and/or apostilled by the Chamber of Commerce and/or embassies/consulates;
- Compose the dossier of requested documents to be sent to the CBU's ( Country Business Unit);
- Archiving registration documents and keeping folders with shared documents up to date;
- Furthermore you support the 3rd Party QFS team in other administrative tasks
Requirements : 3rd Party Registration Officer - Parttime
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a (food) technical or quality-related discipline;
- At least 1 - 2 years experience in a similar role;
- Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders and external parties;
- Good planning and organization skills and ability to handle many requests in parallel;
- Good communication skills in English are required;
- Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems (e.g. HACCP, ISO, BRC, IFS) is a plus.
The Offer : 3rd Party Registration Officer - Parttime
Through our agency, you will receive a 7.5 month temporary contract.
There is a possibility that your contract will be renewed after these 7.5 months or that our client will make you an offer of your contract, however, we are not able to guarantee this. The location is Zoetermeer, so hybrid working is possible.
- Salary will be around €4000 - € 4,500 gross a month based on 40 hours and is based on your experience;
