Responsibilties BI Senior Manager
- Leadership: You will lead a team of 16 FTE, so mentor and support team members is one of your core responsibilities; promote a collaborative, innovative work environment focused on professional growth.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement a data strategy aligned with company goals; identify opportunities to leverage data for business solutions.
- Data Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of BI infrastructure; ensure accurate and secure data availability for reporting.
- Analysis & Reporting: Establish KPIs to measure performance; lead advanced analytics efforts to extract insights from data.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate findings to leadership; gather requirements from departments and collaborate with teams to meet data needs.
Requirements BI Senior Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8+ years of working experience in the field of BI.
- Experience as manager, for large teams of 10 FTEs and up.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL and database systems.
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL (Extract/Transform/Load) processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
The Offer BI Manager
A great full-time permanent role in Utrecht/Venlo, hybrid work is possible. The salary for this position will range between 6000-7500 EUR per month, depending on your education and seniority (there's some flexibility so if your indication is higher, don't hesitate!). On top of that there are many secondary benefits such as pension scheme, 8% holiday allowance, personal laptop and phone, and more.
