Responsibilities - Demand Planner
As a Demand Planner, you will work in an environment where data and stakeholder management meet. Your focus will be on a specific region within a distribution network, connecting colleagues in supply chain management with managers from distribution centers, hubs, and cross-docks. Together, you will solve capacity issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and predict the quantities that will be received and distributed over the coming months;
- Conduct capacity analyses and forecasts, presenting your findings to relevant colleagues;
- Collaborate to identify short-term and long-term solutions based on your data;
- Aim to continuously achieve optimal inventory levels;
- Enhance our work processes by implementing your innovative ideas;

Requirements - Demand Planner
You thrive on analyzing quantitative data and are constantly seeking ways to improve. You enjoy working in an environment where not only the organization and processes evolve, but also where people grow. Challenges motivate you, and you’re well-versed in stakeholder management, effectively convincing your colleagues to adopt a data-driven approach.
Additionally, you possess:
- A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, data, IT, or economics;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain or data analysis;
- Proficiency in Excel;
- Strong written and spoken English skills;
The offer - Demand Planner
- A gross monthly salary of around €5000,- based on a full-time position (38 hours) (depending on education and experience);
- 7,5-15% bonus (company & personal performance);
- 24 days of vacation with the option to purchase 5 additional days (based on 38 hours per week);
