Finance Business Partner (Freelance)
Looking for a freelance Finance Business Partner for an international FMCG company.
We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in multinational companies. You will bring expertise in financial and business planning, finance automation, and finance process improvements. In addition, you are an effective communicator, data-driven, and self-starting, with exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities Finance Business Partner (Freelance)
Your responsibilities will be:
- Advanced in Power BI and other BI tools to build dashboards for data analysis and reporting;
- Lead process improvement and simplification initiatives;
- Design forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and financial modeling;
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
- Utilize advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting;
- Implement business intelligence solutions to support decision-making processes;
- Leverage advanced use of Microsoft Office for various tasks;
- Train and supervise personnel to ensure high performance and development.
Requirements Finance Business Partner (Freelance)
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner in a multinational company;
- Expertise in financial and business planning, business development, and commercial strategy;
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering results and surpassing objectives;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Proficiency in Power BI and other BI tools;
- Advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Experience in process improvement and simplification;
- Ability to present clear financial insights to senior management and the Board of Directors;
- Self-starter with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
The offer Finance Business Partner (Freelance)
This assignment is temporary for 3 months and will start immediately. We can offer an hourly rate between € 95 and € 105 per hr all in excluding VAT, depending on the knowledge and experience you bring with you.
