Responsibilities Assistant Designer Menswear (Temporary)
- Creative team support – Assist the men's design team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Administrative & documentation management – Prepare and update tech packs, maintain design archives, and organize inspiration samples both digitally and physically;
- Preparation for cross-functional meetings – Support key meetings by organizing samples, pinning boards, creating color cards, and updating tech packs;
- Production & development assistance – Manage workflow across multiple seasons, support the design director during style-outs, and refine final looks using Photoshop;
- Efficiency & workflow optimization – Prepare materials for internal and external presentations, ensuring smooth cross-functional handoffs;
- Collaboration & operational support – Work closely with various teams, contributing to the overall design and production process through hands-on assistance.
Requirements Assistant Designer Menswear (Temporary)
For this position we are looking for a candidate that is/has:
- A strong passion for fashion and a deep understanding of the Gen Z and youth market as the primary consumer target;
- Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related design qualification;
- Hands-on and collaborative approach, essential for thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong technical design skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
