Functieomschrijving Freelance EUDR Program Manager
Role Overview- Lead the design and implementation of solutions for EUDR compliance across all brands.
- Ensure efficient validation of product heritage and support franchisee compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Step 1:
- Collaborate with local brands to define requirements for EUDR-compliant products.
- Work with IT to translate requirements into effective designs.
- Evaluate market IT solutions for EUDR.
- Create a control framework to manage EUDR risks post-launch.
- Provide support for franchisees' due diligence statements.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders for approval.
Step 2:
- Coordinate with IT on solution build, testing, and rollout.
- Collaborate with local banners to accept and implement IT solutions.
- Facilitate EUDR compliance for individual franchisees.
- Organize hyper care support post-implementation.
Step 3
- Develop a temporary manual backup solution pre-launch if IT solutions aren't ready.

Skills & Experience:
- Strong understanding of EUDR commercial and replenishment processes.
- Established network across various European banners and functions.
- Proven ability to design and implement pragmatic, flexible process solutions.
- Experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
Competencies:
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team coordination skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Problem-solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to address challenges creatively and effectively.
