This assignment will be three months with the option to extend. 

Job profile Interim L&D Specialist

As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and refine both online and offline training initiatives, managing each phase from concept to successful launch;
  • Oversee a range of programs—onboarding, functional training, train-the-trainer—ensuring that objectives and timelines are met;
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., Store Operations and district managers) to identify training needs and translate them into effective solutions;
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure top-quality content for all training initiatives;
  • Establish project plans, outline clear action steps, and communicate progress to maintain momentum and achieve results.

Requirements L&D Specialist

The ideal candidate has/is: 

  • At least 2 years in a Learning & Development role within a retail environment;
  • Proven success in driving L&D programs from start to finish;
  • Available for at least 32 hours per week;
  • Skill in juggling multiple initiatives, meeting deadlines, and delivering results;
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with strong stakeholder management skills.
     

Offer Interim L&D Specialist

The all-in rate for this assignment will be €80-€90 per hour. The assignment will be for 3 months with the possibility to extend. This position is also open if you're not a freelancer.
