For an international fashion organization I am seeking an Outlet Productions Coordinator in Amsterdam.

The Outlet Production team is responsible for placing and managing the global purchase orders and ensuring timely deliveries for all Outlet Product Placement. The team works in close collaboration with Style Master Data team, Global Sourcing and Supply teams, vendors and internal Buying and Planning teams.

Responsibilities Outlet Productions Coordinator (Fashion) - Temporary

As a Outlet Productions Coordinator you will support the Merchandisers in all aspects of the daily business such as:

  • Purchase Order Creation for Outlet Collection for both Seasonal and monthly NOS buys;
  • AC Date maintenance and On-Time delivery follow up with vendors on the orderbook;
  • Purchase Order attributing, such as Priorities, in store dates and themes;
  • Participation in bi-weekly CKU EU Outlet calls with internal teams on milestones.

Requirements Outlet Productions Coordinator (Fashion) - Temporary

The ideal candidate:

  • 1-3 year work experience;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Precise, strong analytical skills, pro-active and willingness to learn;
  • Able to identify priorities and escalate concerns;
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel is required and experience in SAP FMS, Analysis for Excel and BlueYonder will be advantageous;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
