Job Profile: FP&A Analyst - Hotel Group

As an Analyst you will contribute to a range of financial activities, including: 

  • Collaborate with various departments to enhance decision-making and improve operational efficiency;
  • Create and present monthly financial performance reports for the EMEA region;
  • Develop financial models for budgeting and forecasting, while conducting variance analysis;
  • Lead ad-hoc financial analysis and prepare reports for regional and global stakeholders;
  • Perform regular financial reporting, including variance analysis with budgets and forecasts;
  • Identify areas for process improvement in financial reporting and analysis;
  • Provide insights on financial results and highlight key trends to senior management;
  • Support cash flow forecasting and manage working capital effectively;
  • Assist in the financial reporting cycles, including monthly, quarterly, and annual processes;
  • Optimize financial systems for better data collection and reporting.

 

Job Requirements: FP&A Analyst - Hotel Group

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in FP&A, business control, finance, or accounting;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field;
  • Strong technical skillset in financial modeling and data-visualization, preferably in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc;
  • Experience with ERP Systems and the migration from one to another;
  • Proficiency in English required, ability to speak & write in French or German would be a plus;
  • Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


 

Offer: FP&A Analyst - Hotel Group

Salary will depend on your experience but will be between 58k and 68k gross per year including holiday allowance based on 40 hours. Other benefits include: Performance bonus, hybrid working, travel allowance, 25 holidays, pension contribution is fully paid by the organization.
