Responsibilities : Sales Director Life sciences
- Expand and manage local sales team in Europe;
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets;
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting distributor relationships;
- Partner with distributors to understand their business needs and objectives;
- Create new sales leads and develop new distribution channels to expand customer base;
- Feedback and analyze market information, customer demands, product requests, and competition information;
- Provide management with weekly sales report updating sales progress;
- Perform other sales works assigned by management to meet business challenges;
- Organize to host customer visits and coordinate to attend trade shows same but bit different same but with different words and compact.

Educational Background
A degree in life sciences (chemistry, biology, cytology, genetics, etc.) or business is preferred. -
Proven Sales Experience
Strong track record in selling life science products and managing distributor networks across Europe. -
Leadership and Sales Expertise
Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and developing client-centric, innovative, and practical solutions. -
Language Proficiency
Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of German or French is a plus but not mandatory. -
Commercial and Communication Skills
Excellent commercial acumen with strong skills in communication, negotiation, and presentation. -
Self-Starter with a Positive Attitude
Capable of working independently with a proactive, energetic, and enthusiastic approach. -
Willingness to Travel
Must be open to domestic and international travel within the assigned sales region.
The Offer : Sales Director Life sciences
- A gross monthly salary of around €10,000 based on a full-time position (depending on education and experience);
- 24 vacation days;
- Travel allowance;
- Holiday allowance;
- Sales bonus;
- 50% health insurance coverage.
