Responsibilities Accounts Receivable Officer
As an Accounts Receivable Officer you are responsible for the entire invoicing process from start to finish, and you will be part of a close team of 6 financial professionals. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for managing the entire invoicing process;
- Executing daily accounts receivable activities;
- Acting as a point of contact for partners;
- Recording all transactions according to local accounting principles, company instructions, and procedures;
- Ensuring the accuracy of general ledgers;
- Ensuring that all invoices and credit notes are recorded in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements Accounts Receivable Officer
You bring the following things:
- 3+ years of experience in finance and within the business services industry;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Experience with ERP systems;
- Strong communication skills;
- You work meticulously and are eager to learn.
