We are looking for a Store Opening Coordinator to join their team, supporting project coordination, aligning between cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of designs and creative assets. Responsibilities Project Coordinator Store Opening - Retail

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Oversee the timely delivery of designs and creative assets by keeping track of deadlines, progress, and any dependencies or blockers;
  • Create and manage lists of tasks and next steps, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time, from initial concept to final print;
  • Design and distribute simple surveys to evaluate the quality of deliverables, gathering feedback from teams and stakeholders to ensure the right quality is achieved for each project;
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including status updates, meeting notes, and any tracking reports. Help ensure that all relevant documentation is easily accessible;
  • Ensure that all design assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards before they are finalized or published;
  • Maintain clear communication with external vendors and clients as needed to ensure timely deliveries and project satisfaction.

Requirements Project Coordinator Store Opening - Retail

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in design project coordination, retail/brand management, or a related field;
  • Design knowledge: Basic understanding of design processes and ability to liaise with a creative team;
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Proactive mindset, capable of identifying and resolving project roadblocks before they affect deadlines.
