We are seeking a Merchandise Planner (e-commerce) to join one of the most renowned fashion companies in Amsterdam. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales, optimizing inventory, and maximizing profitability within a Marketplace/ Partner Program. Working closely with Buying and Merchandising teams, you will use data-driven insights to forecast trends, track performance, and implement strategic planning initiatives

Job Description Merchandise Planner (E-commerce) - Temporary

Key responsibilities:

  • Pre-season planning, KPI monitoring, in-season management, and sales/margin forecasting (WSSI) for Marketplace/Partner Program;
  • Advise Buying on in-season performance, manage replenishment, optimize conversion, and minimize end stock;
  • Execute profitability analysis, financial forecasts, and promotional strategy;
  • Regular trade performance reviews, ad hoc analysis, and wholesale/Partner Program strategy insights;
  • Manage buy budgets, range plans, size strategy, and post-buy evaluations.

Requirements Merchandise Planner (E-commerce) - Temporary

The ideal candidate:

  • 5+ years of Ecommerce planning experience (Marketplace/Partner Program preferred);
  • Strong numerical, planning, and organizational skills;
  • Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis;
  • Experience with SAP, BW, HANA;
  • Web analytics knowledge a plus;
  • Quick learner of new systems and tools;
  • Ability to derive insights from unstructured data;
  • Results-driven, accountable, and proactive;
  • Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills;
  • Fluency in English verbally and written.

Your salary will depend on your current knowledge and experience.
