
Retail Marketing Planning Manager - Temporary
We are looking for a Marketing Planning Manager to join a large international retail organization. In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional marketing teams and senior leadership to plan and execute seasonal campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You’ll utilize consumer insights and business data to inform your strategies and contribute to measurable marketing success. This is an 8-month assignment located in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities: Retail Marketing Planning Manager - Temporary
Key responsibilities:
- Lead alignment efforts across regional teams, facilitating cross-functional meetings to ensure seamless collaboration;
- Manage seasonal marketing planning across the EMEA region, overseeing campaign calendars, planning documents, and rollout strategies;
- Maintain and update marketing documentation, ensuring all campaign materials are easily accessible across platforms;
- Regularly provide updates on the performance and progress of EMEA marketing initiatives to senior leadership teams;
- Use consumer insights and business data to support the creation of marketing strategies that align with business goals;
- Track and report on key metrics, analyzing results to optimize future marketing activities;
- Act as the point of contact for regional marketing teams, providing strategic support and ensuring alignment across all channels;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that regional strategies are aligned with broader corporate objectives;
- Ensure consistency and quality across all marketing materials and campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines;
- Adapt and adjust plans based on market conditions, feedback, and evolving business needs.
Requirements: Retail Marketing Planning Manager - Temporary
The ideal candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within Fashion, Retail, FMCG, or agency environments;
- Proven project management skills with a track record of successfully managing multiple initiatives simultaneously;
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret consumer insights and business data to drive decisions;
- Familiarity with both online and offline marketing channels, with a strong understanding of integrated marketing strategies;
- Advanced skills in Keynote, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel;
- Fluent in English.
