To tell you a bit, you will be responsible for overseeing logistics and facility services for all labs within the R&I Center of the organization in Utrecht. Your core responsibilities encompass overseeing and managing logistics processes and ensuring the seamless coordination and flow of materials in strict adherence to CAT3 regulations.

In this role, key duties include effective warehouse management, efficiently organising waste streams, and upholding a safe and compliant working environment.

Responsibilities : Logistics Coordinator TEMP

• Supervise and guide two logistics coordinators;
• Provide support and guidance to team members for their personal and professional development;
• Control and track goods flow in compliance with CAT3 legislation;
• Continuously seek and implement improvements in work processes;
• Receive, distribute, and store all incoming goods;
• Pick and distribute internal orders, including laboratory supplies and chemicals;
• Warehouse management;
• Process and manage shipping orders for domestic and international locations;
• Facilitate and organize the disposal of all waste streams;
• Manage archives and contracts. 

Requirements : Logistics Coordinator TEMP

• MBO level of thinking and working, preferably in logistics;
• At least 2 years of experience in a logistics role;
• Service-oriented attitude;
• Team player with an independent work style;
• Effective communication skills in Dutch and English;
• Enthusiastic, proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach;
• Detail-oriented and able to switch between tasks easily;
• Proficient in various software, including Axxerion, Excel, and Coupa.

Additional Requirements:
Vaccination for DTP, Hepatitis A & B is required.
Forklift certification is required, or you are willing to obtain one.

The Offer : Logistics Coordinator TEMP

You will receive a temporary contract for 12 months through our agency, with the possibility of an extension. 
The salary indication for this role is a maximum of €3700,- gross per month based on a full-time work week. Salary is based on education and experience;

• 30 vacation days (based on a full-time annual contract);
• Travel expenses.
