One of the leading food organizations in the world with its factory in Zoetermeer is looking for a Change management technologist to join the team. The team is part of the Engineering and Transformation team, which plays a key role in the roll-out of the site’s master plan and drives compliance by supporting the day-to-day operations of the organization.
As the technologist, you will report to the PCM manager and lead the implementation of change management for packaging, products and processes that have been initiated by various projects, e.g., innovation, renovation, fuel for growth, Capex, and support day-to-day operations on high-level escalations.

Responsibilities : Change Management Technologist - Packaging
From this pivotal position you will be responsible for the successful technical implementation of Packaging changes following the responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver Packaging Projects to ensure that all products can be manufactured robustly;
- Responsible for the definition, preparation, execution and follow-up of industrial packaging trials according to the set URS including DQ, OQ and PQ reporting;
- Participate in the Risk Assessment Process for packaging projects together with other internal and external stakeholders;
- Supporting the Filling Departments where packaging takes place, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and continuous improvement;
- Standardization and Continuous Improvement on DQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols;
- Identify and share best practices with other factories/departments.
Requirements : Change Management Technologist - Packaging
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Packaging Design, Mechanical Engineering or similar;
- Experience in Innovation, Packaging Development, Research & Development;
- Proven track record in execution of DQ, OQ and PQ validations in a factory environment;
- Good understanding of Quality & Food Safety Standards, Change and Risk Management (e.g. FMEA, HAZOP, HACCP);
- Strong team player, enthusiastic with a growth mindset and an action-oriented attitude;
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Autonomous and organisational capability with the ability to take ownership and deliver results;
- Project management, internal and external stakeholder management, result-driven;
- Creative thinking to drive value creation and problem-solving.
- Business fluency in English and Dutch.
The Offer : Change Management Technologist - Packaging
- A salary indication between .€67,700 – €80,000 (excluding bonus) gross per month based on 40 hours per week depending on your knowledge and experience
- Opportunity to work 1 day from home and 4days on-site
