Global Senior Strategic Controller (Temp)
A leading Dutch multinational organization is looking for an Interim Global Strategic Controller who will serve as the “Right-hand” to the Director Digital&Technology Business Control in managing Global D&T Strategy and Financial Performance.

Responsibilities Interim Global Senior Strategic Controller
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Oversee the development, preparation, coordination, review, and finalization of the Digital & Technology (D&T) governance cycle, which includes the Strategic Plan, Annual Plan, Rolling Forecast (RoFo), Business Performance Management, Strategic Decision Support, and Fund applications.
- Monitor the financial performance of Global (Head Office and Operating Companies) D&T, offering feedback and critically evaluating business cases, decisions, and strategic direction as needed.
- Spearhead the Productivity program across all D&T functions within the Head Office and Operating Companies.
- Prepare and coordinate D&T presentations for Senior Leadership, Executive Board, Executive Team, and Program Board.
Business Partnering
- Collaborate with all D&T Directors on cross-functional projects by providing scenario analysis, proposal development, insights, and actionable plans to meet D&T performance targets (for example, D&T hubs strategy).
Projects and Initiatives
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of D&T, focusing on cost optimization and process improvements.
- Develop business cases and scenario analyses to shape solutions and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements Interim Global Senior Strategic Controller
- Master's degree in business economics or accounting & control
- 10-12 years of relevant finance experience, possessing a strong understanding of cross-functional planning and control
- Proven expertise in business control, finance management, or managerial reporting
- Previous experience in a multinational matrix organization is advantageous
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and effective communication abilities
- Proficiency in English (excellent verbal and written communication skills)
Offer Interim Global Senior Strategic Controller
A challenging full time position, starting in April until July 2025, with the possibility of further extension. This position is not open for a ZZP/freelance construction! A flex contract through Independent Flex with an attractive salary starting at €9500 per month will be provided.
