As the Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, you are responsible for maximizing the revenues for several hotels. You will do this by implementing agreed strategies and tactical positioning. You are the dedicated person when it comes to optimizing room rates, maximizing profit margins and drawing up the various budgets. This is to ensure that the turnover of the various hotels is optimal, so that they can maintain their position on the market. You will lead the revenue team together with your direct revenue colleagues with whom you will work closely.

Responsibilities Senior Revenue Manager - Hotelgroup

As a Senior Cluster Revenue Manager, your duties include:

  • Constantly monitoring changes in inventory across all distribution channels;
  • Analyzing key reports, reviewing price recommendations and making hotel budgets and monthly forecast;
  • Actively working with other team members, sharing market experience and performing data analysis to achieve the best possible results;
  • Determining the market position of the hotels: keep track of and monitor information and data about competitors, events, market and trends;
  • Tracking and assessing bookings in the system for occupancy rates and prices and acting based on this. 

Requirements Senior Revenue Manager - Hotelgroup

The Senior Cluster Revenue Manager we are looking for has the following qualities:

  • HBO operational and cognitive level;
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in the field of Revenue Management;
  • You possess strong analytical skills with the ability to use data systems to make successful yield decisions;
  • Knowledge of PMS, CRS and different distribution channels;
  • Good social skills and a sense of hospitality are very important;
  • You are fluent in English (word and writing), Dutch is a big plus. 

The Offer Senior Revenue Manager - Hotelgroup

You'll be working in a dynamic environment. The company offers a salary depending on qualification and experience between €4000 - €4500 gross per month.
