Project Manager EU Category Teams - INTERIM

We are looking on (very) short notice for a Project Manager to lead/support on a key EU project (C&BS Europe) as Project Manager, working with Category teams, Regional leadership and external partner (BCG) to drive the project forwards.

This is a temporary / interim role for the duration of 4 months. Starting asap!

Responsibilities: Project Manager EU Category Teams - INTERIM

Responsibilities (nature of work):

  • Delivery management- Providing project and program execution support to Workstream leads / Scheduling, preparing and facilitating key meetings and workshops / Preparing standard documentation / Creating and maintaining document management structures (e.g. Teams channels);
  • Monitoring & reporting - Creating status and progress overviews / Embedding benefit management and value tracking in the programs / Creating and updating program status tracking tools (e.g. in Excel);
  • Organization & governance- Driving and optimizing governance / Developing execution models / Creating and updating templates;
  • Data & application management- Providing data analysis support / Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards in Excel and PowerBI / Developing and maintaining data models / Transforming and mapping raw data into usable formats (data wrangling) / Implementing and embedding tooling into the programs;
  • Resource management- Supporting resource management activities;
  • Stakeholder management - managing a very complex stakeholder base, at all levels of the organization.

 

Requirements: Project Manager EU Category Teams - INTERIM

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project / change management, or equivalent;
  • Purchasing and/or other Business qualification considered (CIPS/MBA), depending on experience;
  • Work experience: 7+ years in Project Management, Change Management, PMO, transformation;
  • Other fields of expertise: experience in Procurement related projects is highly desirable;
  • Functional skills: Analytical, strong business acumen, interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, organisational skills;
  • Languages: fluent in English;
  • MUST live in the Netherlands, have a permanent visa and be officially registered as an independent professional.

 

The offer Project Manager EU Category Teams - INTERIM

Temporary assignment at a very well known international company, based in Amsterdam. 4 months fulltime. Max. rate is 110,- all-in. Excluding taxes. Available asap!.
