Job Description: C++ Software Engineer
As Lead C++ Software Engineer, you will join a team of developers, traders, and quant researchers. You will have the freedom to come up with great ideas and the space to push these to completion.
Design, implement, test, and optimize trading algorithms and strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
Continuously improve and safeguard the long-term architecture of the in-house developed trading system, focusing on latency, accuracy, capacity, and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate closely with Trading, Research, and Trading Intelligence to drive innovation by automating and optimizing workflows.
Oversee various operational aspects to bring projects to completion, including deployment, monitoring, and system adjustments.
Identify opportunities and address challenges as they arise with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.
Requirements: Lead C++ Software Engineer (Crypto) Trading
Experience with creating C++ production code
A keen eye for tweaking and monitoring systems
Serious about code quality, taking full responsibility and accountability for your contributions
Practical and results-driven attitude
