C++ Software Engineer - Trading

Job Description: C++ Software Engineer

As Lead  C++ Software Engineer, you will join a team of developers, traders, and quant researchers. You will have the freedom to come up with great ideas and the space to push these to completion.

  • Design, implement, test, and optimize trading algorithms and strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market.
    Continuously improve and safeguard the long-term architecture of the in-house developed trading system, focusing on latency, accuracy, capacity, and regulatory compliance.
    Collaborate closely with Trading, Research, and Trading Intelligence to drive innovation by automating and optimizing workflows.
  • Oversee various operational aspects to bring projects to completion, including deployment, monitoring, and system adjustments.
  • Identify opportunities and address challenges as they arise with a hands-on, pragmatic approach.

Requirements: Lead C++ Software Engineer (Crypto) Trading

  • Experience with creating C++ production code
  • A keen eye for tweaking and monitoring systems
  • Serious about code quality, taking full responsibility and accountability for your contributions
  • Practical and results-driven attitude
