Senior Program Manager - Risk and Control (Interim)

We are currently seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive the implementation of a new risk management tool for our client. This is a key role that requires strategic thinking and hands-on involvement to ensure the successful integration of risk management practices across all levels of the organization. 

As a Project Lead, you will play an integral role in simplifying complex risk management processes and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to drive organizational change. Located in Den Bosch, this is a temporary assignment that will start immediately and last for 6 months.

 

 

Responsibilities: Senior Program Manager - Risk and Control (Interim)

The daily tasks of this position will include: 

  • Oversee the successful implementation and adoption of a new risk management platform across the organization;
  • Integrate risk management frameworks into current business processes to streamline operations and ensure compliance;
  • Collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders to define roles, responsibilities, and expectations related to the project;
  • Lead the development and execution of training programs to enhance risk awareness and ensure a high level of competency throughout the company;
  • Actively manage the integration of risk management tools, ensuring that processes are aligned with group policies and objectives;
  • Provide hands-on leadership in risk management discussions, ensuring successful operational integration;
  • Drive process improvements and support organizational change efforts related to risk management;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment;
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of risk management initiatives and suggest necessary adjustments.

 

 

Requirements: Senior Program Manager - Risk and Control (Interim)

In order to succeed in this role, we ask that you have: 

  • Proven expertise in Program Management, particularly within risk management and change management;
  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-makers at all levels;
  • Strong background in implementing and embedding risk management practices in large, complex organizations;
  • Ability to provide hands-on leadership and engage in content-driven discussions related to risk management;
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, including navigating organizational dynamics and driving change;
  • In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in risk management;
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of leading and motivating teams to drive change;
  • Experience in improving and optimizing risk-related processes and tools across large organizations.

 

 

The Offer: Senior Risk and Control Specialist - Interim

This position is located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, and 2 days per week in the office is a requirement. For freelance professionals, we can offer a hourly rate of €90 including travel excluding VAT. If you are not a freelance professional, we can also offer a fixed-term contract.
