Engineering Project Manager

Responsibilities Engineering Project Manager
As project manager you will primarily be responsible for various R&D projects. The project manager plays a critical role in the development and implementation of mechatronic projects that need to meet goals and timelines.
Among your duties you will find:
- Continuous communication with customers about the progress of the project.
- Involving stakeholders in the development process and monitoring the scope.
- Advise and assist client on project approach.
- Motivating and directing project teams to achieve the set goals.
- Drawing up clear reports and ensuring communication with stakeholders
- Using project management systems and methods such as PRINCE II, scrum/Agile and road mapping.
- Maintaining and overview and focus on project objectives.
Requirements Engineering Project Manager
Experience as a project manager, preferably in the manufacturing sector. Knowledge of mechatronics is a plus, as well as experience with Agile/Scrum.
Furthermore, the following is required:
- A Master's degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading R&D projects,
- Knowledge and experience with regard to various project management systems and methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to report concisely.
- Good time management with a structured approach.
