For our client, a prominent e-commerce company based in Utrecht, we are looking for a talented Product Designer. This role is focused on enhancing the user experience of a cutting-edge CRM system that plays a vital role in optimizing internal processes. You will be working with another Product Designer, a Product Manager and a team of engineers. The position is temporary, running from May 2025 through the end of August 2025.

Responsibilities UX Product Designer - Temporary

  • Conduct user research to identify internal user needs and pain points, creating a comprehensive inventory of problems and wishes from teams.
  • Design user flows and interactions, ensuring alignment with defined organizational and partner structures.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, facilitating effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Create wireframes and prototypes, gathering feedback and iterating to enhance the CRM experience and enable easy collaboration for task handover.
  • Ensure technical viability of proposed solutions, preparing concrete proposals for the desired solution direction.

Requirements UX Product Designer - Temporary

  • Ability to think critically and develop strategic design solutions.
  • Focus on creating effective user experiences that prioritize user needs.
  • Skill in aligning user requirements with business goals for optimal outcomes.
  • Strong self-starter capabilities with experience in managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Expertise in using design software such as Figma, Dovetail, and Miro.
  • Proven track record of relevant projects showcased in a comprehensive design portfolio.
  • Experience in designing user flows and interactions specifically for corporate workflows.
  • Ability to analyze and identify user pain points and implement effective design solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, essential for facilitating teamwork and collaboration across diverse teams.

The Offer UX Product Designer - Temporary

A great full time role of 32-40 hours in Utrecht (two days a week in the office), from April 2025 to end of August 2025. The hourly rate for a freelancer/ZZP ranges between 80-90 EUR depends on your experience and seniority. There's also the possibility of being on a flex contract via us, in which case an attractive salary applies.
