Interim Head of Design

We’re looking for an Interim Head of Design to lead two design teams for a high-traffic B2C platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can drive vision, execution, and craft—while elevating design maturity.

Your main mission will be:

  • Shape the north star for customer experience and align product strategy to deliver it.
  • Oversee execution, solving real customer problems while hitting business goals.
  • Raise the bar for design excellence and influence across the company.

Job Requirements - Head of Design

We're looking for:

  • A former UX designer who evolved into design leadership.
  • Experience in leading teams in product-led companies (B2C preferred).
  • A Pragmatic, strategic leader, able to balance vision with execution.
  • Availabilty to start in May for an interim engagement (6+ months).

Job Offer - Interim Head of Design

This assignment is projected to start mid May 1, for 6 months, with hybrid office/remote work.
In this assignment you will have a flex contract via us, the client is not open for a ZZP/Freelance construction.
