Interim Global TA Manager

Responsibilities Interim Global TA Manager

As Global Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Lead the design and implementation of global TA strategies aligned with business goals and market insights;
  • Standardize and scale recruitment processes across four regional TA hubs, ensuring operational excellence and a consistent candidate experience;
  • Launch and manage global TA programs and initiatives to build maturity and capability across the function;
  • Champion the use of recruitment technologies, data and AI to improve process efficiency, KPI tracking, and performance;
  • Partner closely with Employer Branding, Digital HR, People Analytics, Talent Intelligence, Talent Management, Reward and business stakeholders to drive strategic workforce planning;
  • Build and engage the global TA community to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing across regions.

Requirements Interim Global TA Manager

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, including leadership in a global environment;
  • Proven ability to define and implement TA strategies, innovate recruitment processes and lead change;
  • Strong analytical mindset – comfortable using data to understand trends and identify root causes;
  • Experience with recruitment technologies including SAP, ATS platforms, assessments, and digital tools;
  • Deep understanding of global recruitment operations and diverse talent segments;
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills;
  • Fluency in English; Dutch is a plus.

  • Hybrid working is possible (location flexible within reason).
  • The position is available immediately – we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running.
