  • Coordinate and drive technical advancements to improve user experience and product performance;

  • 10+ years leading technical projects in multidisciplinary environments;

  • Proven experience developing complex products with electronic and mechanical components (B2B/B2C);

  • Strong in turning early concepts into manufacturable appliance solutions;

  • Expertise in systems engineering, mechanical design, and manufacturing processes;

  • Skilled in leading and motivating cross-functional teams, including external partners;

  • Solid project management abilities; focused on scope, quality, and delivery;

  • Strong communicator, effective stakeholder manager, and comfortable with ambiguity;

  • Willing to travel up to 20%.

The Offer : Lead Systems Engineer

  • A gross monthly salary of around €8500,- based on a full-time position (38 hours) (your salary will be based on the weighting of your job, your experience and your training);
  • 25 days of leave per year, with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days per year;
