Responsibilities Facility Project Manager (Temporary)
You are responsible for leading and successfully completing various facilities projects within the office environment, including the auditorium, work floors, prayer and nursing rooms, and the restaurant.
- Independently lead various facilities projects with a focus on the office environment;
- Manage external suppliers, coordinate internal stakeholders, and ensure a tight schedule;
- Ensure an optimal workplace experience for employees in line with the company's vision;
- Report on progress, risks, and budgets to management.
Requirements Facility Project Manager (Temporary)
You have experience with facility projects within office environments and know how to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience as a Project Manager (Facility / Real Estate);
- Experience with internal renovation and adaptation projects;
- Strong in stakeholder management and communication; Independent, structured, and results-oriented;
- Excellent command of English and basic Dutch.
The Offer Facility Project Manager (Temporary)
This is a challenging full-time assignment until the end of 2025. The salary indication for this position depends on knowledge and experience and ranges between €5000 and €7000 gross per month on a full-time basis. This is a hybrid job, but you are required to be in the office every Tuesday.
This assignment can be filled through us via a flexible contract.
