Job Description Housekeeping Manager - Beachhotel
As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for:
Leading a team of approximately 25 colleagues of various ages and cultural backgrounds;
Inspecting the cleaned hotel rooms and apartments;
Managing and optimizing the operational process;
Handling scheduling, recruitment, and HR matters for the housekeeping staff.
Extensive experience in cleaning and quality control;
Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and train a team;
A keen eye for detail;
Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with colleagues and owners;
Enthusiasm for living and working on an island.
The offer Housekeeping Manager - Beachhotel
In addition to a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,000, the secondary employment conditions are well arranged.
