Job Description Housekeeping Manager - Beachhotel

As Housekeeping Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Leading a team of approximately 25 colleagues of various ages and cultural backgrounds;
  • Inspecting the cleaned hotel rooms and apartments;
  • Managing and optimizing the operational process;
  • Handling scheduling, recruitment, and HR matters for the housekeeping staff.

As Housekeeping Manager, you have:

  • Extensive experience in cleaning and quality control;
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and train a team;
  • A keen eye for detail;
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate with colleagues and owners;
  • Enthusiasm for living and working on an island.

The offer Housekeeping Manager - Beachhotel

In addition to a gross monthly salary between €3,500 and €4,000, the secondary employment conditions are well arranged.
