Job description - Digital Deployment Lead

As the Global Digital Tooling Lead, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of advanced Revenue Management tools. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional experts – including design specialists, data engineers, analysts, data scientists, and developers – as well as coordination with external agencies and business stakeholders around the world. Your resposibilities are among others: 

  • Define and scope technical deliverables in collaboration with digital and technology teams;
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from design to deployment, aligned with the strategic digital roadmap;
  • Provide hands-on guidance and technical expertise to unblock teams and resolve challenges effectively;
  • Identify and manage technical risks to safeguard on-time, high-quality delivery;
  • Act as the technical lead for change management efforts and capability building activities;
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels – including senior leadership – to secure alignment, sponsorship, and successful rollout of the digital tooling roadmap.

Job requirements - Digital Deployment Lead

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
  • 7+ years in data-driven roles such as data science, engineering, or analytics;
  • 5 years working within Revenue Management or Commercial Analytics;
  • Experience with digital product development, customer-centric technologies, and agile methodologies (Scrum);
  • Proficiency in data visualization (e.g., Power BI);
  • Strong understanding of data models, metrics, and analytics pipelines;
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics and tooling in commercial contexts.

Digital Deployment Lead

Interim assignment in Amsterdam from the beginning of May until the end of September. The assignment is for both flex contract and ZZP. The hourly rate for ZZP is between 90 en 150 per hour (depending on candidate's experience and qualifications). Interested? Please sent us your CV and we will contact you back as soon as possible.
