Job Description Shift Leader - Fast Service
As a Shift Leader, you are responsible for leading the team during your shift and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You oversee operations, solve problems, and make sure guests receive top-quality service.
Your tasks include:
- Supervising and motivating the team on the work floor;
- Coordinating and delegating tasks to ensure a seamless shift;
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment;
- Contributing to operational goals, such as revenue and quality targets;
- Assisting with staff scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks.

We are looking for a Shift Leader who:
- Has at least an MBO-level work and thinking ability;
- Has experience in a leadership or similar role, preferably in hospitality or retail;
- Possesses strong communication skills and can effectively motivate a team;
- Thrives under pressure and can multitask efficiently;
- Is flexible and willing to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends
The Offer Shift Leader - Fast Service
For the position of Shift Leader at a well-known fast food chain, the salary indication for a full-time contract ranges between €2,300 and €2,700 gross per month, depending on your experience.
